As a Backend Engineer, you will be instrumental in building the core infrastructure and logic that powers our AI-driven legal and compliance platform. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs. This is an opportunity to be a foundational member of our engineering team, significantly influencing our technical architecture, best practices, and the future direction of our product from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding team, including design and product, to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional backend solutions.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for our AI-driven legal and compliance platform. Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models and ensure data integrity, security, and scalability. Build efficient, reusable backend systems, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to deliver a stable and reliable platform.
A Backend Engineer with 3+ years of experience, proficient in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js. You have experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. You're passionate about building high-quality software and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. AI/ML integration experience is a plus.
